Bart came out of the rice fields of Louisiana through the oilfields of the Texas Gulf Coast and industrial dismantling nationwide. Most of his hair loss came from years of emergency service work for refineries and power plants. Since the age of 18 (you'll have to guess his age now) Bart has almost continuously run his own divisions as if they were the only business unit. 

As a drilling and production consultant, dismantling superintendent, refinery service company rep and as volunteer coordinator for aerobatics competitions as well as speakers bureau chair, Bart's ability to work with strangers in strange environments sharpened his ability to communicate. His greatest experiences in these roles are his growing understanding of people.  It is something he works at incessantly.

Bart is an avid public speaker.  He works with small and large groups to 'get their point' across using humor and stories to make it stick.

Bart is currently writing an executive briefing on management and specifically blue collar management entitled "Are They Managing Or Manging?©" with a target publication date is spring of 2008.
